We are looking for

Installation administrator’s role is to support the Installation supervisors during the installation process. This includes updating the schedules and milestones, preparing inspection documentation and handling the project review reporting.
·  Updates schedules and milestones to SAP
·  Prepares documentation for final installation
·  Registers handovers to customer and maintenance
·  Responsible for ensuring important communications are sent to customers and suppliers when requested by Supervisors who may not have access to either relevant information or communication link due to being occupied by site activities
·  Ensuring supervisors are aware of timely reporting requirements, schedules and meetings set by the Installation manager
·  Collating end of project documentation for submission to Customer, Maintenance and Archives

Desired profile

Skills, Education and Experience

·  Bachellor degree.
·  Experience in inter-office and customer communications
·  Basic knowledge of filing systems
·  Basic level of english.
