Your Role

Do you have analytical skills, high level of Excel and experience in forwarding/logistics? Join our team! You will be responsible for coordination and providing tender processes on road logistics department.

Your Responsibilities

·  data management related to tenders,
·  recording the carrier´s tariffs,
·  price offers calculations,
·  preparing presentations with the obtained data,
·  design of final offer with all additional up-dates,
·  close cooperation with Carrier Manager and Business Development Manager,
·  success tender evaluation – monthly/quarterly,
·  communication with customers and foreign branches of the company,
·  regular-based price monitoring in the transport market.

Your Skills and Experiences

·  we are looking for an professional with forwading / logistics backround who prefer to work with data, tables, macros, who is detail-oriented, has analytical skills and is fluent in English language...
·  3+ years experience in tender management, project management and forwading background within international environment,
·  advanced level of MS Excel – functions, macros and high level of MS Access.
