Sales Support- Oil and Gas

Job description

We are currently looking for a strong sales professional for our Sales Support-Oil and Gas role in Doha.

Your Role

In this role, you will be responsible for handling the quotations for import and export shipments by all modes of transport, in line with the overall company strategies and policies.

Your Responsibilities

·  Plan, Organize, Record, Communicate and Report quotation approvals to the respective business units 
·  Ensure workload and tasks are well managed and deadlines are met as per the KPIs
·  Handle pricing responsibilities independently in the absence of Heads of the departments and supervisors
·  Be an integral part in meeting departmental volumes and financial targets set by the management
·  Attend and reply to general quotation inquiries by clients and Kuehne+Nagel's overseas offices

Your Skills and Experiences

·  Bachelors' degree in logistics, supply chain or a similar discipline
·  Sound knowledge and experience in Oil and Gas within the freight forwarding industry
·  Expertise in sales with strong negotiation skills 
·  Excellent communication skills with a diplomatic panache and fluency in English language
