Road Logistics Operator Export

We are offering an Operator function within our Road Logistics Team in our site located in Porto.

Your Role

As a Road Logistics Operator, you will be responsible for handling road import and/or export orders from A to Z. This includes close monitoring of operational records in our operating system, accurate preparation of all order documentation, and providing an excellent service towards customers along the whole forwarding process. Furthermore, you will work actively to optimize the productivity and service level of our customers.

Your Responsibilities

·  Manage operational files from start to finish;
·  Actively plan and co-ordinate your working day taking ownership of the business you manage operationally;
·  Assist and advise customers of shipments, arrival, clearances, and deliveries;
·  Take ownership of your operational accounts;
·  Pro-active in your response to service issues;
·  Cooperating with other KN offices to ensure accurate exchange of information;
·  Maintain a suitable level of data entry;
·  Ensure compliance with Road Logistics KPI's and Data Quality guidelines.

Your Skills and Experiences

·  Secondary degree or solid experienced as Road Logistics Operator;
·  A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Logistic Industry;
·  Export operation Knowledge (Preferred);
·  Minimum intermediate level of English knowledge (written & spoken);
·  MS Office Knowledge: Explorer, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
