QA Analyst/tester

Your Role

As a QA Analyst/Tester, the ideal candidate will have strong experience in QA and QA Automation skills with good understanding of Agile Methodology. Experience in writing test cases for medium to large-scale web applications.

Your Responsibilities

·  Writing test documentation such as Test Plans, Test Scripts and create report based on test results.
·  Participate in efforts to analyze and design testing for various application components.
·  Ability to quickly understand current system's process, workflow, and business rules.
·  Develop automated test scripts to test various functionalities based on business requirements
·  Isolates, replicates, and document bugs and defects, and verify bug fixes.
·  Work with system admins to troubleshoot application's problems/issues and find the root cause and suggest solutions/alternatives.
·  Excellent knowledge of testing process and methodologies.
·  Excellent analytical, mathematical, creative problem-solving, and trouble-shooting skills.
·  Knowledge of change management, tracking, and version control.
·  Strong SQL abilities for database querying and reporting.
·  Experience working in Agile environment in a professional and collaborative manner.
·  Demonstrated experience in creating and executing test cases based on acceptance criteria.
·  Ability to collaborate with different teams simultaneously and prioritize work.

Your Skills and Experiences

·  BS or MS in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
·  Minimum 5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing software.
·  Leadership skills and knowledge of facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
·  Strong verbal/written communication skills and facilitation skills to effectively lead discussions across multiple groups.
·  Testing experience using Automated testing tools such as Selenium.
·  Experience with full suite of software lifecycle tools (Confluence, HP ALM, Jira, QMETRY etc.)
·  Familiarity with other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc. ","industry":"Logistics","datePosted":"2020-07-29T00:00:00.000Z
