National Road Logistics Administrator

Job description

Kühne + Nagel Turkey is looking for a Road Logistics Administrator with a high level analytical, communicational and organizational skills for its Istanbul National Office.

Your Role

As National Road Logistics Administrator, you will be responsible for all the administrative works of road logistics operations.

Your Responsibilities

·  Using the KN Road application in order to process Electronic Data Information (EDI) and to create shipments
·  Checking the harmonization of the data presented in the KN Road application and the real data on the documentation as proof of the presence of the shipment
·  Daily updating of customs documents and Handed-Over data’s.
·  Using the Processed Application to process EDI and allocate shipments
·  Following up shipments which delivered by road department, check lead times, in case of any delay that needs to be daily reported ,
·  Ensuring readiness for constant change of existing and implementation of new procedures in order to maintain high quality of work
·  Continuously working on professional development and improvement.
·  Performing other tasks under the instructions of the employer and the manager.

Your Skills and Experiences

·  Minimum Bachelor’s degree
·  Minimum 2 years of experience in road logistics
·  Being reliable, trustworthy, a good team member and hardworking
·  Proficient in MS Office Applications and PC skills.
·  Good level of English
