National Key Account Manager - Consumer & HighTech

Job description

To play an active part in the Industrial vertical business development.
To actively work on own account portfolio in order to expand existing share of wallet per customer as well as target new customers.
To develop business on the trades linked with Saudi & Bahrain.
To lead accounts nationally; to work closely with Regional key accounts managers; to grow the business with KN.

Your tasks and responsibilities

·  Directly manages Key Account(s) as per confirmed account portfolio.
·  Understands the customer organization and decision-making process
·  Negotiates rates with customers in alignment with the Business Units and ensures rate sheets are documented and maintained as needed by the Business Units
·  Complies with KN sales management processes and systems and ensures correct and timely updates
·  Ensures that account plan(s) is in place based on the Key Account Planning Process and template and signed off by our Industrial Vertical Head.
·  Effectively hands over and transitions new business into operations to ensure that customer requirement and KN commitments are met.
·  Support for setting up SOP's

Your skills and experience

·  The ideal candidate has a Bachelor Degree in a related field (Business, Industrial engineering, Sales)
·  Project Management experience
·  Prior experience in Sea Logistics of minimum 2 years is mandatory, experience in Sales would be considered an advantage
·  Leadership experience of minimum 2 years is essential for the role, preferably with an International exposure
·  Knowledge of financial standards, principles, and procedures
·  Driver's license is mandatory
·  Advanced knowledge of English language is mandatory, basic knowledge of Arabic would be a plus
