YOUR ROLE
We are currently looking for a KNPS Superuser to support our Contract Logistics business at a position located in Mississauga.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
· Responsible for driving and maintaining continuous improvement projects;
· Responsible for KNPS support through maintaining all KNPS tools, audits, meetings, certifications and continuous improvement initiatives;
· Understanding the management operating system to be able to modify it or adjust it as required;
· Validation of MOS data through Kronos and invoice check backs;
· Responsible for tracking the savings of all ongoing projects at the site level and to validate them controlling before updating CI tracker;
· Lean Six Sigma Training: white belts and yellow belts;
· Mentoring and coaching white and yellow belts;
· Liaising with DC Management to, prioritizing Kaizen events, reporting on LSS belt progress, mitigate LSS belt roadblocks and KNE status;
· Responsible for KNE (quality systems) sustainability and growth;
· Responsible for LSS Yellow Belt certifications;
· Participate and facilitate lean six sigma Kaizen events;
· Participate and facilitate project charter and documentation;
· Other duties assigned by the company.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
Skill:
· Strong background in process analysis;
· Microsoft Excel (medium to advanced);
· Experience with Visio;
· Operational and transactional process mapping;
· Value stream mapping;
· P&L Analysis;
· Statistical Process Control, Cause-and-Effect Analysis;
· Hypothesis testing, Graphical analysis, regression analysis;
· Capability analysis, Gage R&R, Multivariate Analysis.
Key Attributes:
· Robust problem solving ability;
· A self-starter with drive;
· Entrepreneurial spirit;
· Robust time management ability;
· Computer skills required, Excel, Word, Power point;
· Advanced computer skills preferred; Minitab, AutoCad, Microsoft Project;

Education:
· Preferred Bachelor in Science (BSc), Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering;
· Certified Six Sigma Black Belt preferred or Green Belt;
· Lean Leader preferred;
· Project Management education, PMP preferred.
