Your Role

Our Air Logistics Operational Care Team (OCC) are responsible for the coordination of transport activities on behalf of our customers through the execution of bookings with our partners, the data entry associated with transport documentation generation and liaising with our Customer Care colleagues to ensure that the customer’s requirements are met. You will support your Operational Care colleagues coordinating with them on the requirements for the transportation performing data entry and compiling and checking the documentation along with other assigned tasks.

Your Responsibilities

·  Align with Customer Care and fellow Operational Care colleagues on requirements for transportation requests
·  Data entry associated with transportation documentation
·  Compiling and checking documentation relating to the transportation requests
·  Communication and alignment with colleagues in the Shared Service Center
·  Adhere to Health and Safety requirements, Kuehne+Nagel guidelines, Standard Operating Instructions and Work Instructions
·  Understand & respect the company confidentiality and compliance regulations (Code of Conduct)
·  Manage operational tasks through Business Process Automation (BPA) tools
·  Immediately report problems, operational disputes or discrepancies to your team leader
·  Conduct other tasks as requested by your team leader

Your Skills and Experiences

·  Previous experience in a similar role requiring accuracy and attention to detail
·  Previous experience related to Air Logistics is an advantage
·  Strong customer service orientation
·  Problem-solving skills 
·  Excellent time management and organisational skills
·  Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative as required
·  Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word and Excel) 
·  Effective communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English
