Be part of Kuehne + Nagel Contract Logistics Team!
Your Role
This internship will support key members of the regional Contract Logistics team with the completion of a range of projects.
Your Responsibilities
· Supporting the customer excellence project for Contract Logistics including assisting with workshop planning + logistics, communication plans for all levels of employees from management through to our warehouse teams
· Supporting the creation of various communication tools such as Webinar’s to transfer learning to the wider organisation
· Research + development of a certification system for our key Warehouse Management positions
· Creation of job descriptions + standard recruitment advert templates for key contract logistics role
· Creation of content for our on-boarding APP related to Contract Logistics
· Supporting other related HR activities
· There will be opportunities to collaborate with other team members who focus on topics such as customer on-boarding, continuous improvement + customer solutions with various projects/activities
Your Skills and Experiences
· Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain or Business Management
· Some previous experience in a logistics organization or Human Resource related activities
· Microsoft office skills e.g Power Point & Excel
· Ability to converse in English fluently
· Strong team player, self motivated + interested in a career in either Logistics/ Human Resources
