Business Analyst (ControLog)

Job description

We are looking for a passionate and open-minded Business Analyst with exceptionally strong analytical capabilities, "hands-on" and “can-do” attitude, who is keen to foster partnership between business side and development teams with the view to delivering industry-leading products.

Your Role

In this position you will be involved in the full project lifecycle and have the central role of liaising with Product Owner as well as business and development teams. Among your responsibilities would be understanding and analyzing the requirements, creating specifications, and working closely with the wider development teams to oversee delivery.

Your Responsibilities

·  Make solid and detail investigation of business needs and design the thoughtful solutions in close collaboration with Product Owner, business and development teams
·  Translate high-level business requirements into technical specifications
·  Provide subject matter expertise to the development team
·  Support other activities of the development team across the full software development cycle
·  Create and update system- and process documentation  

Your Skills and Experiences

·  Fluent command of English (oral and written) is a must
·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of stakeholders 
·  Self-motivated and open minded individual
·  Understanding of mechanics behind the agile methodologies, trust in self-organization and eagerness to apply the knowledge in practice
·  Profound expertise in business and/ or system analysis of complex software systems
·  Attention to details and good observation skills 
·  Proficiency in writing user stories and acceptance criteria to articulate the business needs in a format that is easily consumable by the development team
·  Following the approach to “start with an end in mind”
