You have to support the Regional Key Account team to drive for supply chain compliance and operational excellence for International Supply Chain (ISC) customers. Acting as an international supply chain customer expert, you are required to implement the continuous improvement, oversee the data quality accuracy, provide timely responses and resolve problems escalating from local origin operations.
We are looking for highly motivated individual who is driving for excellence and willing to take up challenges to join us.
Your tasks and responsibilities
· Take lead to drive for Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) compliance/ Service Level Agreement (SLA)
· Ensure data accuracy and drive continuous process improvement
· Take lead to review the operations performance regularly for operational excellence
· Liaise with origins to establish and monitor Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for key customers
· Follow performance review with origins for SOP compliance with customers' requirement and reinforce origins compliance
· Identify problem root cause and provide corrective action for problem resolution
Your skills and experience
· University graduate with relevant experiences in the logistics/supply chain industry
· Strong exposure in key account and supply chain management in freight forwarding firms
· Strong supervisory, presentation and problem solving skills
· Good Command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
· Business travel is required
