INTERNSHIP WW RETAIL OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

MISSION

The WW Retail operations assistant supports the coordination of business operational activities liaising with the HQs and regional HQ departments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate the management of the digital WW Retail Handbook

• Coordinate and follow up the Regional Retail Handbook adaptations

• Create and Maintain clear and accurate documentations/procedures for the store references

• Coordinate Uniforms Orders & Follow up deliveries and regional needs

• Coordinate Shooting Uniforms and Uniform guidelines compliance

• Support the Stationery & Packaging requests flow

• Coordinate the No Core Materials Digital Platform, weekly assessment

• Manage of the on-line in-store supplies tools

• Manage the WW Store List & related development

• Manage Invoices & Payment Flow with external partners

• Support on after sales roll out plan

• Support the music project & wi fi deployment

• Support on different IT Retail Operations projects

Profil recherché

Qualifications :

SKILLS

• Master degree in business, marketing or equivalent (Gap Year/ End of studies preferred)

• Excellent communication skills, structured, organized

• Flexibility to adapt to changing retail environment

• Multi-tasking ability

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook, etc.

• Retail experience (One previous internship experience desired)

• Fluent in English
