Kering, one of the world's leading luxury groups has an exciting opportunity to join a unique new store concept, presenting their premium portfolio of watch and jewellery brands including; Gucci, Boucheron, Pomellato, Girard-Perregaux and Ulysse Nardin.
Role Objectives: To support the Store Manager in managing and coaching the team to ensure the successful running of the store whilst increasing sales turnover
Responsibilities:
· Manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager
· Increase sales and profit through the successful day-to-day running of the store, including performing sales
· Assist the team with clienteling to increase gross.
· Coach and motivate staff as well as initiate staff incentive schemes in order to achieve sales and company goals
· Consistently deliver brand vision in store and through exceptional customer experience
· Deal with all staffing matters such as appraisals and disciplinary issues in the absence of the Store Manager
· Coordinate rotas and overtime as well as manage the budgetary and administrative processes where required.
· Monitor sickness and other absences such as holiday and maternity leave
· Assist Store Manager with the recruitment process from authorization to offer stage
· Regularly update staff on business performance and new merchandise
· Build relationships with customers
· To ensure stock loss is at a minimum by maintaining security standards as well as stock checks.
· Lead by example by having a visible shop floor presence
· Meet personal sales targets consistently.

Qualifications :
Skills and Experience Required
· You will have a strong and established retail background within the luxury market
· Exceptional leadership and communication skills
· Proven track record of successfully managing a sales team
· Strong sales track record
· Computer literate, including excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
· Previous experience in a Supervisory or Assistant Manager role where you have been required to prioritise and multi-task various and compelling demands
· A good communicator with the ability to interface regularly with internal and external personnel at all levels Ability to be discrete, confidential and reliable at all times
