VIE - Fleet Management Officer
Unit/Department
Fleet Management/Continual Improvement Processes
Role purpose
Assisting the fleet management unit in the organisational, conceptual and strategic project management and the implementation of the performance improvement plan.
Key Responsibilities
· Assists in projects related to the performance improvement plan
· Coordinates and controls projects as regards specialist matters and timing in close cooperation with the responsible director
· Ensures the implementation controlling of ongoing projects by developing and monitoring suitable KPIs
· Develops and tracks measures for counteractions in cooperation with the relevant responsible director in the event of deviations in content or timing
· Data and document management: Prepares and analyses data, reorganises data and document provision for fleet management
· Prepares processes and sequences for the core fleet management processes to complement the safety management system
· Develops and prepares reporting on the current project status for the senior management and Keolis S.A. on a regular basis
· Assists in the preparation of the annual budget
Required Skills /Qualifications
· Degree in economics or a technical discipline or a similar background
· Highly distinct analytical and conceptional skills as well as solution-focused acting
· Team player
· Proficient in MS Office products
· Excellent command of the German language
