Consumer Segment- Johnson & Johnson
Our Consumer Health Care Products segment includes a broad range of products used in the baby care, skin care, oral care, wound care and women's health care fields, as well as nutritional and over-the-counter pharmaceutical products, and wellness and prevention platforms.

TRADE MARKETING COMPETENCIES
Area that consolidate the channel plans. It is responsible for channels trends and the relationships with key customers. Focused on the activation of execution slots, maximize the positive impact on the buyer and the financial return of the shares.

POSITION SUMMARY
Coordinates a sales channel and is responsible for delivering results of channel P&L and has the relationships with major customers. Sales point communication. Responsible for understanding the buyer, providing marketing the insights of the channel by brand, optimizing financial returns. Dedicates 20% of its allotted time on the field.

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Assist in Channel warm up: channel & shopper trends
-Ensure brands participation in the annual calendar of the channel according to execution slots
-Supports the creation of the strategic & tactics plan of the channels for channel / region / customer –
-Supports the creation of the P&L results of the channel, with investment funds and detailing the customers cost to serve
-Support channel segmentation / region & shopper ID
-Execute POS calendar
-Responsible for submitting channel plans (performance improvements and opportunities).
-Monitor customer service levels and implementing KPI sent by RTM to create action plans
-Manage and promote the interaction with customers using as a basis the CRM
-20% of their time will be on the field to ensure the monitoring and rapid action plans for clients

Qualifications

- Experience in retail channel over 2/3 years working for leading consumer companies

- Business Vision / business

- Graduate from the Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics

- Own Mobility

- English Proficiency (mandarory)
