The ideal candidate profile for Trade Customization Assistant would be reporting to the Customization Manager Iberia and will be based in Madrid.
Main tasks will be Copacking Planning, and System Transactions related to Trade customization for Spanish and Portuguese Consumer markets.

Qualifications

·  Requirements:

· 
Able to work in a cross-functional team . Close linkage to Commercial, QA, Regulatory, Customer Service, Operations and external Copackers.

· 
Knows fundamentals of Customization and Copacking Planning, preferably with SAP experience.

· 
Familiar with QA and Regulatory requirements applicable to re -packaging

· 
Managing and tracking timelines and critical milestones in coordination with demand Planning and Copackers.

· 
Overall Supply Chain or Logistics experience is an asset.

· 
Process improvement skills to assist the Customization manager improve trade customization processes

· 
Analytical skills . Being able to extract relevant data and draw necessary action which will improve business performance.: execute various reports.

· 
Understand the cost structure of co-packing services, in order to, act and plan cost – efficient.

· 
Suppliers. Basic Knowledge of Supplier/Co-packer management, including QA and EHS&S requirements. Ability to understand cost structure and technical attributes of services.

· 
Skills to create value-added Supplier Partnerships, including using Suppliers as technology advisors.

· 
Planning. Being familiar with basic planning processes

· 
Packaging technologies . Being familiar with basic packaging technologies.

· 
Being able to identify Packaging Materials by Technology.

· 
Overall knowledge of technologies and key manufacturing factors.

· 
Basic Knowledge of Packaging Material storage and warehousing. Materials handling.

· 
Experience in, or ability to understand general manufacturing principles and copacking practices.

· 
Being able to synchronize production planning, taking into consideration management of bottle-necks and availability of intermediate stocks.

· 
Basic knowledge of manufacturing production line concepts.

· 
Specifications . Familiar with creating and understanding Specifications.

· 
Familiar with Bill of Materials (BOMs) and Production Standard Sheets.

· 
Able to read basic specifications pertaining to outer cases, labels and artwork (basic).

· 
Fluent in Spanish, good knowledge of English writing, reading, speaking and listening.
