We are now searching the best talent for: ProfEd Specialist for BW.

This new position position will be part of the Professional Education COE structure addressing the Biosense Webster Business Unit. This position will be responsible to drive all ProfEd initiatives related to cardiac electrophysiologyin Brazil, the implementation of this position inside COE is critical to address the compliance guidelines.

This individual will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing education strategies for the safe and effective use of Biosense Webster products. Ensure local Biosense Webster plans are aligned with cluster and regional strategies.
• Executing Biosense Webster planning within One Force, CVENT, Tableau and any other system.
• Performing local Education content adaptation and revision with Faculty and approving with Copy Review (submission to Copy clearance).
• Leading and coordinating the execution of local Biosense Webster Education events, creating agenda, coordinating with local HINTS teams, and aligning all key stakeholders interaction and participation.
• Guarantee execution of events according to HCBI guide and internal policies. Ensure that all activities comply with the policies and procedures of the Global Education Management System and HCC.
• Drive ProfEd follow-up execution of Biosense Webster events. Analyze ProfEd KPI metrics and define and implement action plans.
• Develop and manage local faculty for Biosense Webster with contract agreements based on new faculty management process.
Support planning, tracking and controlling local BW CME and TnE.
• Represent local Biosense Webster needs in regional forums, to drive and influence regional specialty strategies and initiatives investments.
• Interact with local sales & marketing teams and Regional ProfEd in order to determine training plans to reach development objectives for Biosense Webster.
• Budget control and approval of local Biosense Webster ProfEd events.
• Responsible to develop local Biosense Webster training calendar.
• Implementation of ProfEd processes for Biosense Webster in cluster, aligned with Regional Biosense Webster ProfEd and local HINTS.
• Ensure the monitoring and reporting of the status of various projects.
• Responsible for implementing Biosense Webster Commercial Education Regional strategy, working as a team with local field trainers.
• Assesses training needs of CAS/Hybrids/Sales and develop action plans to drive clinical excellence in local teams.
• Provide instruction and in-services to HCPs regarding Biosense Webster products and procedures.
• Drive HCP CARE segmentation and targeting for BW ProfEd Learning Continuum.
• Assist in regional ProfEd/CommEd events when needed.

Desired profile

Qualifications

·  Level of Education required: University Degree.
·  3 to 5 years of experience in Medical Devices or Health Care areas is required, specifically Electrophysiology business is desirable.
·  Experience in definition and coordination of professional trainings is required.
·  Project Management and Process Improvement / Event Management.
·  Advanced English.
·  Percentage of trips: 25% of trips per year.
