Function: Quality Engineering
Title: Part-Time Student - Quality Engineering - Waterloo, IA - 55295 

Your Responsibilities

·  Prepare standard report summaries for Component Quality Operations.
·  Make corrections to Statistical Process Control (SPC) projects correlating with job instructions.
·  Prepare data summaries from SPC system.
·  Conduct review meetings for data integrity.
·  Assist with data entry into spreadsheets and programs for engineering evaluation.
·  Prepare ESO's and purchase requisitions

What It Takes

·  Good knowledge of Microsoft Package - emphasis on Excel
·  Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
·  Understanding of SharePoint for Intranet Site Development
·  Must be a full-time student at a local university or college (Hawkeye, UNI, Wartburg, etc.)
·  If currently attend a community college, must be planning to pursue a 4-year degree
·  Must be available to work a minimum of 12 months
·  Preferable to have student working toward a manufacturing degree. Business degree is also acceptable. IS degree is acceptable.
·  Must be able to commute to the work location on a daily basis
·  Graduation date of December 2020 or later 
·  Cumulative GPA of 2.8/or above
·  16 - 20 hours/week during the academic year
·  35 - 40 hours/week during the summer semester

A strong candidate will also have

·  Preferable to have business or manufacturing background
