We are looking for a Vendor Data Management Coordinator and Vendor Data Management Assistant for our Integrated Facility Management business line.

Sector overview

EMEA Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) SCMP, Supply Chain Service Center, Warsaw – this group manages vendor master data and vendor compliance programmes. The team ensures that adequate risk management and programme is in place to ensure vendors compliance across the EMEA region. The team manages contract management process and supports Account Sourcing Team in RfX Jaggaer initiatives..

Role Purpose

·  Supplier information updates, data gathering, reporting
·  Ensure all JLL suppliers’ pre-qualification and compliance standards are maintained
·  Support procurement team activities

What this job involves:

·  Suppliers master data set up / ensure data is correct / undertake data cleansing actions
·  Manage supplier pre-qualification and compliance to EHS, financial and insurance requirements,
·  Manage on-boarding of suppliers to ensure compliance to JLL requirements,
·  Suppliers liaison & documents collecting,
·  Manage JLL systems and tools,
·  Manage and maintain contracts documentation, procurement initiatives documentation
·  Prepare reports: compliance, spend; contract abstracts,
·  Co-ordinate KPI monitoring through JLL systems (supplier performance)

Sound like you? To apply you need to be / have:

·  Fluent in English – mandatory requirement
·  Bachelor's / Master's degree and 1 year experience in a similar role (fresh graduates are also welcome)
·  Good command of another European or Middle Eastern language would be a valuable asset
·  Excellent organizational and administrative skills
·  Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
·  Good Follow-through of actions – Take responsibility for completion of tasks
·  Excellent inter-personal, communication skills
·  Excellent PC skills, proficient in Microsoft Outlook Word & Excel
