We are looking for Valuer.

What this job involves

·  Execute valuation assignments independently including conduct site inspection of properties in accordance with the instruction and guidance of your director(s)
·  Collate and analyse, in a proper and timely manner, property market data and such other information as necessary for carrying out valuation assignments
·  Conduct research, analysis and prepare valuation and consultancy reports
·  Provide indicative valuations to clients
·  Develop and maintain working relationships with potential / existing clients
·  Service valuation requirements of both external clients as well as internal business units
·  Prepare and deliver valuation reports where assigned
·  Establish and maintain client base
·  Review client satisfaction levels and make recommendations for improvements
·  Do valuation advisory work for all assigned jobs within given timeframes

·  Degree in Real Estate
·  Candidates without relevant experience can apply
·  Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
·  Good command of written and spoken English
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in the Excel software
