This role will be part of Global Transformation Office and location is London/Chicago.

Role Purpose

This role, aligned to the Transformation and Corporate Development Office is focused on value capture related to each Enterprise Transformation Management Office project across JLL.   The Global Value Capture & Analytics resource will work with large and complex data sets to offer bottoms up solutions for financial targets, while looking across projects in order to identify ways to capture greater value. The analytics and visualization expertise required by this role will drive ideation in sourcing, integration and corporate strategy.

What this job involves

Key responsibilities include:

·  Use data driven analysis to provide recommendations on specific targets and help work with others in the organization to monitor status towards those targets
·  Design and maintain project synergy analytics and reporting mechanisms that can be used by senior management to ensure that projects are tracking according to schedule
·  Clearly communicate potential issues in a matrix environment to prevent and remediate issues before they arise
·  Coordinate meetings with senior leadership across the organization to arrive at decisions and clear outcomes
·  Thrive in change and uncertainty with the ability to influence change and escalate issues at the appropriate time
·  Act as a champion and data steward of the investment thesis and strategic goals of Transformation projects across the Firm Regularly tracks progress on all Beyond Goal project plans, including in-depth project reviews as required and provide updates to executives as requested.
·  Assess actual performance against the plan and make adjustments consistent with plan objectives.
·  Ensure all stakeholders are informed of progress and issues.
·  Sets up Centre of Excellence approach around value capture and analytics which will drive companywide Continuous Improvement in the area - including value capture & analytics talent management, career paths, tools used, education requirements, management system, metrics and review cycle.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will have a strong combination of project management and business strength with prior experience in driving cost management programs and analytics. 

The candidate needs a demonstrable and highly commercial mind-set, strong financial acumen as well as excellent listening and communication skills.  A logical, structured approach to problem solving and common sense are key.

Experience

·  Bachelor’s Degree or MBA in Finance
·  7-15 years of related professional experience
·  Experience analysing data to solve a wide variety of business problems and create data visualizations that drive strategic direction
·  Ability to apply a wide variety of analytics processes dependent on business need
·  Ability to act as a Consultant – advising various Transformation and Corporate Strategy programs simultaneously
·  Proficiency in verbal/written communication to senior and executive leadership.
