We are seeking an enthusiastic Portfolio Administrator to support our Onsite Team at this Mixed-Use Asset in South Brisbane. With everyday administrative tasks and invoice handling in accordance with procedures. Reporting primarily to the Portfolio Manager, you will need to communicate professionally with various stakeholders.

Here’s a snapshot of what will keep you busy:

·  Tenancy Scheduling
·  Financial Administration
·  Procurement & Vendor Management
·  Risk Management
·  Contracts Management

Sound like you?  This is what we’re looking for:

You're a confident self-starter with a can do attitude and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships. You have the ability to think strategically and solve complex problems effectively. These skills combined with your high level of communication, eye for detail and Microsoft skills will make you an ideal candidate for this role! A Business or Property related Degree would be our preference, along with proven work experience within the Property Industry.
