Role:

The role includes gathering compliance & performance related data for reporting to the Client and ensuring the compliance related account systems are up to date and accurate. The Candidate will also maintain a library of policies and procedures.

Governance & Compliance  Assistance

·  Take ownership of the Governance process ex. Managing the Calendars, Deck Preparation / submission and approval distribution
·  Identifies and distributes Governance pipeline
·  Coordinating the Governance associated reports on the monthly / quarterly basis
·  Close cooperation with the account team in providing/gathering information required for the account governance reporting on the monthly  basis
·  Coordination of the implemented procedures, work compliant to pre-defined processes and standards
·  Streamline communication on the account, assist account lead with presentations/working materials preparation
·  Develop and maintain strong relationships with Client’s organisation where required
·  React on ad hoc reporting requests, find reporting solutions or pro-actively develop new reporting
·  Lead on the production of QBR (Quarterly Business Review) decks and preparation for QBR presentations (including generation and tracking of performance standards for all Services) and proactively participate in QBRs (which will include an Annual Business Review).
·  Ensure completion of quarterly Client Satisfaction Surveys with key Client stakeholders and coordinate any follow-up actions necessary.
·  Collate results of all Client Satisfaction Surveys at global level including analysis/commentary and facilitate cross-learning and recommendations for improvement.
·  Undertake attestation of compliance with Supplier Control Obligations annually (or as required).

Additional support

·  Gather and collate data required for Client queries
·  Identify areas of weakness and propose solutions to rectify
·  Review MSAs to develop schedule of deliverables including requirements and due dates
·  Create reporting to demonstrate level of compliance with all necessary Client requirements and identify systemic issues with a focus on proactive avoidance of future problems
·  In conjunction with the account talent Management and Communications managers, develop training programmes around ethics and data protection etc. deliver virtual training as necessary
·  Act as Single Point of Contact for client and JLL audit teams. Manage communications, and deliverables
·  Maintain 100% compliance with account processes and governance
·  Consistently maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
·  Ensure work processes in accordance with agreed, documented practices

Requirements:

·  Fluent written and spoken English – Polish & other language a plus
·  Knowledge of real estate market is a plus.
·  Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook.
·  Creative thinking and ability to work under time pressure.
·  Very good analytical skills, attention to details and organization skills.
·  Very good communication on phone/email/in person, conflict-resolution, and negotiation skills
·  Willingness to take on new challenges, responsibilities, and assignments.
