Job description



Technical Support: 30%

• Coordinate and establish Video Tele-conference (VTC) connection for ADSI with all affiliated parties.

• Troubleshoot any Video Tele-conference technical difficulties and disconnections for ADSI.

• Order and activate new mobile devices for all employees for ADSI.

• Order and activate new SIM cards for computer use for ADSI. (Air-cards)

• Troubleshoot mobile device malfunctions and make proper recommendations for ADSI.

• Monitor mobility data plans and make proper modifications based on usage and travel for ADSI.

• Airbus Defense and Space point of contact for support and logistics.

Administrative Support: 30%

• Process purchase order requests for ADSI and Airbus Americas as requested.

• Establish and maintain vendor relationships.

• Maintain Facilities page on corporate intranet site.

• Manage certificate of insurance files.

• Assist with corporate credit card program.

• Project support as requested.

Building Support: 40%

• Schedule preventative maintenance and respond to emergency or urgent maintenance calls.

• Escort and supervise vendors working on-site.

• Assist with office furniture delivery or removal and maintain organized storage spaces.

• Help with the set-up and break-down of corporate events (overtime as required).

• Perform daily facilities walk-through of Herndon facility.

• Perform monthly facilities walk-through of DC facility.

• Perform monthly safety walk-through of Herndon and DC facility.

• Coordinate and schedule quarterly painting and carpet cleaning at Herdnon facility (overtime).

• Coordinate and schedule yearly painting and carpet cleaning at DC facility (overtime).

• Other duties as assigned.
