An exciting opportunity currently exists to provide professional and efficient Executive Assistant support to the Agribusiness Valuation Advisory team. In this diverse and varied role, you will provide hands-on support to a very busy national team.  You will provide full secretarial and administrative support to the team, which will require a highly organised individual with strong communications skills.

What this job involves

The Executive Team Assistant will have the ability to deal with multiple tasks at a time and working towards deadline is second nature to you. You will be responsible for handling multiple database systems so you must be tech savvy and have to ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Here’s a snapshot of what will keep you busy:

·  Assist in the preparation of correspondence, valuation reports, proposals, submissions and other documentation,
·  Arrange payment of accounts associated with the V&A team, including purchase orders
·  Coordinate file searches to locate and compile background information,
·  Maintenance and upkeep of property listings and contracts through our database,
·  Coding and submitting of AMEX and Cash Reimbursements
·  General administrative support tasks as required.

You're a confident self-starter with a can-do attitude and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships. You will work autonomously within a sociable team environment. You will have strong formatting skills/ document creation and an advanced knowledge of MS Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). You will also have experience with Finance Administration from your previous roles.

Most importantly we are looking for someone that has a sense of fun and good sense of humour with highly developed organisational skills, proactive work ethic and ability to multi-task. Previous experience in a team assistant, PA or EA role within the commercial property (or any professional) industry will be highly regarded.
