We have a Corporate Receptionist position available with JLL!  This position is working with a successful team based onsite with a prominent law firm, who we partner with on a national basis. The firm, based in beautiful modern offices in Sydney’s CBD, is highly respected and has a large staff base.

For this exciting opportunity, we are seeking a superstar candidate who has a passion for building a successful career as a Corporate Receptionist or is seeking experience in a Corporate Law Firm; and can demonstrate substantial experience working in high calibre establishments / companies.

Key responsibilities;

·  Meet and greet all clients, providing excellent customer service at all times
·  Answering in-coming calls and facilitating a room booking system
·  Manage client meeting rooms and internal meeting rooms
·  Liaise with catering and technology teams to confirm proper bookings in relation to functions and events
·  Travel coordination and booking, including working closely with Travel Coordinator on cost saving initiatives
·  Creating strong working relationships with team members and clients
·  The ability to work autonomously and to be self-motivated
