What this job involves:

Championing an inclusive environment

As an HRBP you’ll be skillful at support a successful and growing sales organization with a business mindset through partnering with senior executives and management to develop and drive plans that optimize talent, structure, process, and culture. Your work will drive HR initiatives that impact the bottom line.

Being at the heart of the team

This role will provide flawless execution and delivery of value-added HR services, including but not limited to: talent acquisition, performance management, talent reviews, compensation planning, and project management.

You’ll act as a single point of contact for HR-related processes, issues/questions for assigned clients and work develop strategic staffing plans and provide recruiting support to the client team.

Embracing the human side of business

To be successful in this role, you must be able to:

·  Partner with managers to effectively address performance gaps
·  Collaborate with the management team to develop processes that engage and inspire employees at all levels
·  Work with managers to effectively diagnose organizational issues and partner to solve them

Education and experience

A Bachelor’s degree with major concentration in HR or business-related field; advanced degree preferred. You should also have 5+ years of experience in a client-focused HR Generalist role, including experience as a specialist in one of the following core HR disciplines: performance management, employee relations, learning, or compensation. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the Real Estate and/or Financial Services industry and have experience working in a metrics-driven organization, using data analysis to measure results. This person will also have experience working in a COE model for HR and the ability to partner and navigate an organization.

A relationship builder

Both verbal and written communication skills are vital, and, of course you’ll be good at establishing relationships with all levels of the organization. You should have the ability to manage multiple business lines simultaneously and the aptitude to lead and manage complex situations.

Tech Savvy

The HR space is consistently changing with technology. You’ll need to make technology work to your advantage. Staying abreast of the latest HR systems will assist you in supporting the business.

You’ll have a proven track record of results as we’ll expect you to work independently, multi-task, and manage your time to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high volume environment. Most importantly, you’ll want to work as part of a diverse supportive and talented team.
