The Corporate Solutions business provides real estate and workplace strategy, services and technology to corporates and public institutions globally. We provide a holistic approach to managing activities across the entire real estate life cycle (Portfolio, Capital and Operations). In addition, we ensure the technology, data and analytics drive business insights and decisions for our clients and the industry. Our goal is to enable our clients’ businesses and drive value for their enterprises.

Role Purpose

The Business Operations Associate provides support to our digital operations and billing teams. The objective of the role is to increase efficiency and effectiveness of operations to safeguard assets and improve business profitability.

What this job involves:

·  Support the invoicing process and ensure client contracts are delivered with the highest possible quality
·  Support and manage intersegment and intercompany billing process
·  Prepare and manage contracts centrally for operating teams located throughout EMEA by coordinating directly with multiple parties, including operating teams, business leads, compliance, finance teams, and client organizations.
·  Work closely with Compliance and Finance to investigate and correct operational issues
·  Provide guidance, direction, and internal reporting materials to internal team and business leads for improving operational and financial performance
·  Assist operating teams and business leads in preparation for operation reviews
·  Perform operational and financial analyses within business unit and specific client accounts

·  Fluent English
·  Bachelor’s/M.A. degree in Finance, Economics or Management
·  At least 4 years of work experience
·  Experience in Salesforce strongly preferred
·  Proficient knowledge of MS Office
·  Excellent organizational skills
·  People person, with demonstrated conceptual and visualization skills
·  Strong communication skills
·  Highly analytical and good visualization skills
·  Creative and pragmatic
·  Experience in working with teams both locally and remotely
