Don't miss this exciting opportunity! This position will work with key executives of the West Coast Retail Property Management team in Business Development and analysis of profitability of new and existing assignments. Support team with all aspects with of the growth of the business line.

·  Support the team with Business Development leads
·  Responsible for margin analysis
·  Analyze  client accounts to ensure profitability
·  Assist in the preparation, presentation and analysis of new business opportunities
·  Review and edit management proposal
·  Create and manage databases as needed
·  Review management agreements to insure fees are billed correctly
·  Develop analytics for Retail Property management business
·  Assist in the preparation of the business line budget and re-forecasting
·  Review monthly business line financials for income accuracy
·  Attend regular monthly meeting with team
·  Attend monthly meetings with local brokerage teams
·  Prepare financial analysis (as needed)
·  Support team with analysis of corporate A/R for Retail PM

Qualifications

·  Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, economics or related field with a record of high academic achievement (strong GPA).
·  Ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of applicable experience and strong financial, analytical, and reporting skills
·  Real estate brokerage or salespersons license desired
·  Advanced computer skills which may include use of: Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook),
·  Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
·  Basic understanding of real estate and lease terminology
·  Well-developed verbal and written communications skills
·  Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners
·  Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure, and effectively prioritize and manage time and workload
·  Willingness to take on new challenges, responsibilities, and assignments
·  Understanding of and commitment to client services
·  Work in a fast paced environment.
