JLL is currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Brokerage Assistant to provide reliable, timely, efficient support to a brokerage team at our North Toronto location.  The position entails working with a diverse group of internal and external Stakeholders at all levels of the organization, and the individual will require the independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment. This role provides a wide variety of support services to the brokerage team and the successful candidate will be detail oriented with strong organizational skills and a team player attitude.

Marketing Responsibilities:

·  Create and design unique and memorable marketing collateral (Pitches, CIMs, reports, brochures, mapping, and presentations)
·  Align with the National Marketing Team’s JLL brand, best practices and in class marketing tools and resources to ensure that team marketing needs are met
·  Create and edit written components of presentations, reports and property marketing materials
·  Manage the distribution of e-blasts, direct mail and couriers
·  Coordinate and manage social media, website property listing information & print advertising as needed
·  Research and recommend creative ways to promote property listings and the business line (Closing dinners, events, client gifts, etc.)
·  Conduct research on a variety of markets and industries to support research initiatives of the Team and to create demographic and location materials
·  Stay up to date on, and utilize the latest digital design tools and marketing trends
·  Work with printers and a variety of vendors to arrange printed materials and other marketing collateral
·  Track and evaluate marketing efforts

Administrative Responsibilities:

·  Work closely with the team to ensure that brokerage and marketing needs are met
·  Provide support to the team in the development and editing of proposals, presentations, and any other additional sales aids as needed
·  Coordinate and organize meetings, conference calls and their related materials as required
·  Assist in deal-making process as required: Coordinate flow of documentation and data room materials
·  Maintain and enhance the team’s contact and property database using our contact management database software
·  Source property, sale and ownership information through realtor websites and databases (MLS, Geo Warehouse, Realnet, CoStar, etc.)
·  Track marketing and team expenses, manage invoice approvals and submission for payment

Qualifications

·  Post-secondary education
·  2+ years of relevant office experience or a combination of education and experience
·  Understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
·  Strong understanding and proficiency of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
·  Ability to communicate clearly (verbal and written) and effectively for business pursuits.
·  Possess a blend of creative vision, technical skills, hands-on experience, and strategic knowledge.
·  Strong organization and time management skills to track data/information, update templates, standards, and materials.
·  Work effectively within a team environment, yet able to take initiative and work independently.
·  Enjoys learning and is adaptable to various asks.
