Role Summary

This role will be responsible for the end to end invoicing and credit control function across multiple entities in conformance with internal and external requirements. The role will act as first line of contact for queries from entities and work collectively with JLL FM & Supply Partners to resolve issues. This role will report of the Regional Finance Manager and will be based at client UK HQ in Birmingham.

What this job involves:

·  Vendor Invoice
·  Liaise with vendors to ensure the timely delivery of invoices and supporting documentation
·  Validate client cost centers, requestors and approvals
·  Responsible for the validation of CAP form for Catering, Hospitality, Courier & MAC cost
·  Provide proactive support and advice to the business and to suppliers regarding best practice on all aspects of Purchase to Pay process

·  Invoicing to client
·  Ensure monthly invoices for Hospitality, Courier & MAC are broken down as per defined entities client
·  Creation & issue of FUSION & back-up schedules to client entities for approval
·  Raising of invoices on JLL internal systems & finalization of back-up information
·  Ensure all issued invoices are recorded on internal trackers

·  Credit Control
·  Management of aged debt reporting
·  Ensure timely reminders to entities of aged debt positions and pending payment dates

·  Queries & Reporting
·  Issue of monthly unbilled cost/accrual schedule split by entities
·  Engagement with client entities for cost queries

Sound like you? To apply you need to be / have:

·  Experience of JDE & Peoplesoft would be an advantage
·  Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools – especially MS Excel
·  Good interpersonal skills / interpersonal sensitivity.
·  Excellent oral, listening and written communication skills.
·  Team player, focused on the best outcome for all.
·  Self-motivated; confident and energetic
·  Persistent with a ‘can do’ attitude
·  Demonstrate initiative, autonomy and independence.
