Corporate- Human Resources- EMEA Redeployment Advocate-

Delivery
·  Deliver redeployment support through best practice models/processes across all lines the business.
·  Deliver weekly group workshops and 1:1s for redeployment candidates focusing on CV writing, interviewing skills and networking tips.
·  Work collaboratively with Recruiters, EMEA HR Solutions Team, HRBPs and the business to promote the benefits of the redeployment function overall.
·  Respond proactively to all requests for redeployment assistance, escalating redeployment candidates’ applications to Recruiters/Hiring Manager as required.
·  Ensure regular communication is maintained with redeployment candidates to support their changing needs; including follow up on applications, interview feedback and “keep in touch” emails/calls.
·  Partner with HRBPs, EMEA HRST, ER and Recruiters to maintain trusted lines of communication about employee progress.
·  Advocate on behalf of redeployment candidates through Forums, Recruitment Team Meetings and HRBP Meetings.
·  Lead redeployment function by example, delivering on your promise, maintaining a sense of urgency, commitment and integrity, and acting as a strong ambassador for the employee/function overall.
·  Offer additional support on Internal Mobility, Outplacement and other initiatives as required.
Reporting
·  Ensure Redeployment Tracker is updated accurately with all activity on a daily basis, verifying data with Manager Connection, Answerkey and Profile as needed.
·  Produce frequent redeployment scorecards and reporting for Recruitment, HRBP and HR Meetings.
Projects
·  Engage and facilitate the redeployment function through self-initiated and group projects.
·  Identify tools and resources for more efficient ways of working on an ongoing basis.
Skills
·  Background in recruitment (highly desirable); understanding of employment law as it relates to recruitment
·  Ability to coach individuals and lead group workshops on CV writing, interview skills and networking
·  Diligence around the handling of confidential data and personal information
·  Strong Excel / PowerPoint skills for reporting and presentation materials
·  Ability to work independently and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
·  Strong communication skills; ability to listen to different perspectives and maintain diplomatic approach to duties
·  Focused on best practice principles
·
