Summary

Develops and ensures the execution of an achievable production schedule. 

Responsibilities Part I

· 
Schedules production activity in synch with MPS. 

· 
Runs planned orders in buckets to detail what boards are to be repaired.  

· 
Ensures Prep Parts can and is keeping up with the repaired schedule. 

· 
Runs clean to starts, on time production shipments, EPS maintenance, purge, ECN, and deviation management, maintaining of a handbook. 

· 
Runs weekly clean to starts to determine any existing material shortages that need to be expedited.  Follows up with appropriate Purchasing personnel to ensure commitments are achieved. 

· 
Works with Program Manager(s), Purchasing, and Inventory Control to recommend long term resolutions to shortages due to lack of material control on the production floor. 

· 
 Conducts readiness meetings on New Products as well as revision changes  

· 
Ensures that shipments made are routed to the correct destination, as well as the creation and maintenance of Sales Orders if that duty is placed on the Planner. 

· 
Maintains Ivy Technology pack out module, EPS, or equivalent pack out system. 

· 
Manages the Deviation/ECN/Purge processes. 

· 
Understands all product production flow.

Part II

· 
Maintains handbook on position by unit. 

· 
Provides continuous coordination and follow up with the unit team. 

· 
Works with the SPO Planning Tool to manage min and max inventory level. 

· 
Works closely with Finance to provide billing support and maintain Accounts Receivable according to contract terms. 

· 
Provides timely feedback regarding product service failures or customer concerns. 

Part III

· 
Partners with Business Development and or Sales representatives to meet and exceed customers service expectations. 

· 
Provides general administrative support to assigned Business Unit. 

· 
Generate KPI reports. 

· 
Performs other duties as assigned. 

Requirements

·  1-2 years of experience in similar  role.
·   Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Ivy Technology’s software packages.

Education Requirement
Bachelor's Degree, First Degree, Trade/Vocational School certificate or Equivalent required. Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

Physical Requirements
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Individual will be required to stand and walk or otherwise traverse in order to be accessible to the production floor for extended periods of time. The person in this position will be required to regularly exert at least 10 lbs. of force to push, pull or otherwise move objects and may be required to carry or lift objects up to 50 lbs. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data and/or documents; viewing a computer terminal; and/or visual inspection of products or machinery. The person in this position may need to occasionally sit, type, climb stairs, bend, reach, kneel, or twist for minimal periods of time. Employees should not attempt to lift, pull or push a load in excess of 50 lbs. without assistance. Care should always be taken when lifting, pushing or pulling in an awkward position.
