Poste et missions:
Neovia is currently recruiting Integration Project Managers who are responsible for the management of post-merger integration project in Central and South Americas.
Your task is to act as the local relay for the project manager in charge of Neovia integration programs.
Therefore you will assist the Business Units managers in handling the post-merger project in parallel of daily operations, as follows:
- Participate in the pre-acquisition operational analysis phase: identification of the risk areas and synergies, measurement of the integration costs for the Business Plan.
- Define an integration strategy: legal structuring, target operating model, new governance and organization of the merged entities.
- Implement local project governance: identify required resources and skills, set-up and animate steering committee, manage monitoring tools such as reporting and dashboards.
- Assess and monitor change management approach: communication and training plan, change agent network, cultural bridge etc.
- Prepare the detailed integration plan per workstream.
- Ensure integration project follow-up in raising risks and building workaround with local teams.
Profil:
Requirements
- First experience in consulting, audit or in M&A.
- Curiosity, thoroughness, open-mindedness, service oriented and excellent interpersonal skills are the main need to be expected.
- You have leadership, and you are innovative, pragmatic and solution oriented.
- You must be fluent in English and Spanish.
Education
- Master graduate from a school of business or an engineering school
