Description Provide application support for IT Corporate Services domain. Collaboratively work with multi-level and multi-geo production support teams, as well as, development teams which consists of peer SAs, Application Developers and Project/Product Managers in the implementation of production fixes, new capabilities, environmental enhancements to existing systems/processes. In this position, you will be part of the Intel's CES IT Production Services Team which provides 24x7 support for mission and business critical applications. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: * Incident management support which includes troubleshooting and resolving escalated application issues, including monitoring and reporting of such issues * Support user enhancement requests and early engagement activities. * Ensure maximum application uptime and no interruption to the operations of the supported applications and tools * Responsible for the applicable testing and implementation of production fixes, enhancements, testing and providing 24x7 on-call support (when needed) * Respond to customers, partners and/or client requests or events as they occur and provide issue resolutions * Provide auxiliary support as L2 resource or Escalation Manager to the IT Emergency Response Process in the event of a major incident or other emergency situation that impacts the availability and/or overall stability of IT products and/or services * Generate ad hoc reports for statistical analysis, document meeting minutes or key decisions, adhere to standards or policies, and communicate with business groups

Intel's Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel. This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications. IT is also responsible for e-Commerce development, data hosting and delivery of Web content and services.

Desired profile

Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or Information Technology or related degree or IT courses with experience in application support or development. * 1+ yearof experiencein Windows Server and Data base administration. * Good verbal and written English skills Other Qualifications:* Excellent technical problem solving, analytical, and communication skills. * Demonstrated ability to work in an ambiguous environment with shifting priorities. Experience in any of the following areas is an advantage: * HTML, .Net, .ASP, C# troubleshooting * MS Windows server (2003 and up) * MS SQL Server (2000 and up) * HTML5, .Net, .ASP, C# troubleshooting * Corporate Services business process
