Job description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative UX/UI Consultant with some design skills who will be responsible for advising clients on user experience and mobile strategy through the preparation and facilitation of workshops. And the conceptualization and design of various digital projects (mobile and web).
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience in user journey mapping and creation of workflows.
- Good interpersonal skills for customer assessment,, workshops facilitation, design collaboration with
the technical team, concept presentation and justification,
- Basic understanding of the customers’ functional and technical requirements and of the feasibility of
their project.
- Experience in visual design, creativity, and attention to UI details & delight (a portfolio of past work
should be provided),
- Experience in the creation of interactive prototype, especially with Invision or alternative,
- Advanced experience in design software, Sketch App is the preferred software for UI design,
experience in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop are valued too.
- Experience in sketching, creation of wireframes and knowledge in information architecture,
- Knowledge about Google material design, Apple’s iOS Human Interface Guidelines, or any other
design systems or guidelines,
- Good interpersonal skills for workshop facilitation, design collaboration with the technical team,
concept presentation and justification,
- Capacity to estimate the design effort to help the pre-sales team in the creation of budget proposal,
- Be proactive in finding solutions, new methodologies, and suggesting improvements in internal or
external collaboration,
- Staying updated with the current best practices to accurately advise clients,
- Basic technical sensibility to design for feasibility.
Are also valued but not mandatory:
- Experience in interaction design (Principle, After Effect, Kite Composer...)
- Experiences in A/B testing,
- Experience in data analytics,
- Experiences in qualitative analysis and user testing,
- Experiences in behavioural insights,
- Knowledge in accessibility design standards,
- Any technical knowledge especially front development (html, css, etc.)
Desired Language Skills
- Full professional working proficiency in both English and Spanish. You will be in contact with an international team and spanish and international customer base and should be unquestionably comfortable with the both languages.
- Any other language, especially French or Catalan, is an asset but is not required.
