Responsibilities

•Deliver service standards in line with InterContinental Global Etiquette. •Ensure restaurant operating equipment are clean and in working order. •Ensure restaurant is ready to receive guests prior to opening and that tables are ready in line with SOPs. •Preparing for service by ensuring that equipment, glassware, buffet service stations, service stations and table setups are in place and cleaned. •Upsell beverages and converse with guests on recommendations for food and beverage at outlet. •Always Show The Way by offering personalized service and going the extra mile for guests where appropriate.

•Effective Spoken and Communication Skills in both Japanese and English•Appropriate visa work in Japan
