Your day to day

The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As the Food & Beverage Marketing Coordinator you’ll focus on two areas: supporting the Hotel Food & Beverage outlets to ensure each operation is running smoothly & supporting the delivery Food & Beverage specific marketing content. 

Your day will be varied and will include responsibilities such as:

·  Handling inquires and site inspection of small private events
·  Managing the back end of our booking systems
·  Coordinating group bookings and site inspections
·  Working with the marketing team develop and share content about promotions and new menus 
·  Maintain our Food & Beverage social media platforms

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager and supported by the Marketing Manager, this exciting new role will give you the opportunity to develop your skills in a five star luxury hotel. We're looking for someone who is highly organised, has an eye for detail, a passion for food and is interesting in marketing and design. 

What we need from you

To be successful for this role you will be genuinely interested in the industry and will deliver sophisticated and personal assistance to our Guests and Colleagues and demonstrate: 

·  A vibrant personality 
·  The ability to multi task and manage several projects at the same time.
·  A passion for food and keeping up to date with trends 
·  Excellent communication skills - written and oral
·  Ability to act independently and accomplish goals on a timely basis
·  Experience with programs like Open Table, The Fork and Canva would be advantageous
