Your day to day

·  We are seeking globally minded applications for a variety of roles in our luxury hotel
·  Food & Beverage, Front Desk, Guest Relations and Kitchen positions are available at all levels
·  Our team of young staff deliver true hospitality to guests from around the globe who visit us for business, pleasure, conferences and major events
·  We are passionate about delivering luxury service with a worldly wisdom that comes from the diverse background of our team

What we need from you

·  Articulate – a great communicator, you’ll be warm, welcoming and easy to talk to
·  Problem Solver - Your problem solving skills will turn issues into opportunities so every guests leaves with great memories
·  Experienced – you’ll know how to deliver true hospitality to our guests
·  Communication skills – guest will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments, so you’ll be easy to talk to
·  Flexibility– night, weekend and holiday shifts are all part of the job
·  Preference is for Japanese language skills but it is not essential
