About us

The Crowne Plaza brand is returning to Adelaide! This is an exciting time to join this newly built, full service upscale hotel, with an expected opening date in Q2, 2020. Comprising of 329 guest rooms with check-in on level 10, restaurant, bars, infinity pool and gymnasium. There is also a dedicated function centre with four versatile function rooms and kitchen. The business mix will be varied with domestic & international leisure, Corporate & Government and MICE residential, day meetings and social events. At Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts our goal is to make business travel work. At Crowne Plaza we look for people who are dynamic, confident and ambitious; people who excel in their role and help our guests succeed too! The Restaurant & Bar venues will be described as Japanese Modernism reflecting Japans rich history with contemporary details, without being overtly traditional. The concept of high-quality comfort food, with a Japanese twist will flow from Restaurant to the Bar through to Room Service as well as the poolside Bar. Successful candidates are anticipated to commence between mid March and early April 2020.

Your day to day

We are currently accepting expressions of interest for our Front Office team, including both dedicated porter and Guest Service Agent positions. Our ideal candidate will be flexible in doing both roles, as the business demands. However, if you have key strengths in a particular area, please do not hesitate to let us know!

Our ideal candidates will be passionate about building positive guest experiences, hold a full Australian licence, and hold the appropriate rights to work within Australia. You will also be flexible to work weekends, evenings and public holidays as required to support the operation.
