Your day to day
For this key position, we are looking for a professional who, under the supervision of our Chef Concierge will :• Welcome and orientate our guests upon their arrival within the hotel according to our Standard Operating Procedures.• Ensure every guest feels special during their stay.• Take care of the guests’ luggages and respect all the procedures• Help when needed to the valet service and ensure is smooth and done in complete safety.
What we need from you
You have at least one year of experience in a similar position within a 5 stars hotel with the same capacity. You have a fluent English. With an excellent relationship, you are known to be well-organized and efficient in your daily tasks. Autonomous, proactive, you aim to provide the best service possible to each of your guests and make them feel special. You are a reliable team player.
