As a Vulnerability Analyst you will be:
•Supporting the execution of the vulnerability management plan to coordinate, monitor and support activities in the program areas, security patches and remediation management.
• Delivering status reports related to vulnerability management metrics.
• Maintain control of vulnerability management application hardware, systems, and software configuration, coordinate upgrades and other maintenance activities in vulnerability management tools.
• Analyzing the results of tools and sources of threats to react appropriately to security weaknesses or vulnerabilities.
• Preparing and maintain technical documentation for the vulnerability management program, including requirements, architecture designs, network topology, applications, and application security designs.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· At least 5 of these skills:
· Experience in vulnerability management
· Experience in vulnerability remediation
· Experience and knowledge in platform Hardening
· Knowledge of security architectures and control design.
· Knowledge of security standards (e.g. NIST, ISO27000 Family, ISO 31000, PCI DSS)
· Experience with network devices, Windows, UNIX, and security tools.
· Experience with infrastructure vulnerability analysis tools and dynamic application scanning
· Experience in security testing and ethical hacking
· Fluent in English and Spanish

· Experience with analysis and inspection of logs, network packages and other information produced by security tools.
· Experience with network devices, Windows, UNIX, and security tools.
· Knowledge of log syslog, http, DB formats and how to obtain more information for research purposes.
· Knowledge on how to capture packets and analyze them.
· Experience with SIEM tools
· Experience in incident management and response
· Ability to generate hypotheses and security analysis
· Basic knowledge of business processes and technologies.
· Familiarity with network zones, basic reverse engineering principles, basic understanding of malware families, proxies, TCP / UDP, DNS, SMTP and HTTP
· Logical and analytical skills for analyzing events, alerts and incidents
· Effective oral and written communication skills.
