IBM TRIRIGA is an Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS - as labelled by Gartner) which enables large, international organisations to manage all aspects of their operations, budgets and spend across all of their property portfolio and land.

The key specialist areas are:
(1) Leasing & Land Management, (2) Space Management, (3) Capital Project Management, (4) Asset Maintenance and Operations (5) Engery, Utilities and Waste Management.

The TRIRIGA Application Architect must be have deep experience of at least one of the key specialist area of the TRIRIGA solution as listed above. That understanding and experience is needed primarily in business domain terms, so that the candidate can gather and analyse business requirements and identify, define and cost potential TRIRIGA solution options. However, the candidate must also have sufficient IT technical and implementation experience to understand the structure and nature of the application and key constrains relating to its implementation. The candidate will be required to work with bid teams to define and cost proposals and with inmplementation teams to help deliver those solutions.

As Tririga Architect you will:
1. Supporting Services Account teams to devise TRIRIGA-based solutions responding to proposals.
2. Liaising with Software Product sales and technical pre-sales staff to support proposals.
3. Work as part of / support Services implementation teams to provide architectural direction and guidance.
4. Maintain links with the Software TRIRIGA product development team to keep current with product development plans.
5. Support Services management teams to develop TRIRIGA-based offerings to support market-facing activties.

TRIRIGA is one of the key components of IBM's Internet of Things (IoT) suite of offerings. It is ranked by Gartner in the upper quartile and has an impressive set of blue-chip international clients. It is the only truly integrated workplace management solution, with all key components based upon a single underlying platform. The UK TRIRIGA organisation was borne out of the IBM acquisition of TRIRIGA 5 years ago and now numbers some 36 trained consultants in the UK alone and over 80 across Europe. Our Application Architects are central to us being able to solution, sell and deliver TRIRIGA solutions to clients.

The candidate must welcome working as part of a team in an environment where self-improvement is taken for granted. They must be comfortable with, and presenting to, clients from C-suite down to shop-floor levels. Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Experience of at least one of the following specialist functional areas ideally with a sofware vendor implementing this type of solution:
1. Supporting Services Account teams to devise TRIRIGA-based solutions responding to proposals.
2. Liaising with Software Product sales and technical pre-sales staff to support proposals.
3. Work as part of / support Services implementation teams to provide architectural direction and guidance.
4. Maintain links with the Software TRIRIGA product development team to keep current with product development plans.
5. Support Services management teams to develop TRIRIGA-based offerings to support market-facing activties.

As an alternative to IWMS software implementation experience, we may consider someone with deep domain knowledge of at least one of the specialisms above. We require at least 3 years experience of each skill - with preferably 5+ years.
