• Iteration Manager for Production and Operations squad
• End to end Project Management support for a smooth 24/7 days system availability.
• Manage internal audit/ASCA Certification review process.
• Risk and Asset management support for CRM platforms applications.
• Adhere to agreed SLA with associated application teams.
• Maintain the project repository up to date.
• Co-ordinate Infrastructure management both hardware & software with respective squads
• Incident ticket management & resolution with different teams.
• Change request management for new or existing code changes.
• Produce the right metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of support operations.
• Prepare & share weekly status reports with Leadership Team in Agile team tool
• Run regular scrum and retrospective meetings for Production issues.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to speak at an appropriate technical and business level for the audience and prepare written proposals and recommendations
• Experienced in change management, server and user administration in test and production environments.
• Knowledge of Service management tools and ITIL best practices
• Understands strategic business objectives and proposes relevant technical solutions and alternatives
• Ability to communicate with all levels of technical and management staff
• Flexible (in relation to working hours)
• An exposure to Internal Audit/ASCA reviews, Risk & Compliance Management would be added advantage
