We are currently recruiting for Technical Operations and Training Coordinator. If you are on top of your profession and possess the following key skills, we invite you to apply to our opening.

Onboarding:
·  Receive and prepare laptops for new hire deployment
·  Track new hire accesses (FacWeb, phone numbers, learning hubs) New Hire support :
·  Slack channel maintenance: Create channels and add new hires to a channel; populate the channels with relevant onboarding content;monitor the channels for ongoing questions and concerns, and to support the development of the community.
·  Website creation and maintenance
·  Support for ongoing questions and concerns, technical and procedural Technical Support:
·  Manage IT infrastructure strategy for the CIC
·  Supply loaner laptops when needed
·  Wipe and reimage laptops
·  Troubleshoot technical issues
·  Consolidate technical resources to better communicated common solutions Training Delivery:
·  Deliver GBS Edge classroom content
·  Be available to acquire new facilitation topics and classes as required
·  Lead/deliver technical training as appropriate
·  Research and manage external technical training resources
·  Contribute to the creation of technical training where needed Miscellaneous:
·  Support centre initiatives and events as required
·  Manage CIC Distribution list
·  Manage BOND packages and Technical inventory
·  Assist with operational tasks including open seat management, client visit preparation, technical equipment planning
·  Participate in organizing and supporting STEM volunteer initiatives Requirements:
·  Experience in similar function in a fast paced and deadline oriented environment
·  Demonstrated experience in comfortably presenting to an audience of up to 20 people
·  Ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented and rapidly changing business environment
·  Track record of delivering and being productive in a team environment with a high sense of commitment
·  Ability to learn new things quickly and help others navigate through complex processes
·  Ability to establish and manage processes to sipport technical infrastructure and to learn existing processes and tools
·  Openness and willingness to get involved and assist even though "it's not your job"
