עדכון ובקרת נתונים במערכות הנוכחות בחברה מבוססות חילן ו- Workday.
הפקת ושימוש בדו"חות מערכת שונים לביצוע בקרות.
היכרות עם הסכמי ההעסקה השונים במטרה לבצע חישובים ובדיקות נדרשות לתמיכה בעובדי החברה.
תמיכה ומענה לשאלות ובירורים בנושאי נוכחות והיעדרויות כגון חופשה, מחלה, חגים וכדומה
התפקיד יכול גם להתאים לסטודנטים הלומדים חשבות שכר ומחפשים התמחות בתחום!

דרישות:
סטודנט/ית ללימודי מדעי החברה/ מדעי הרוח/ מנהל עסקים/ כלכלה, בעל/ת יתרת לימודים של שנה וחצי
סטודנט/ית לחשבות שכר, אפשרות להתמחות בתחום
יכולת לעבוד בהיקף של 80% משרה
בעל/ת תודעת שירות, יכולת ירידה לפרטים, יכולת אנאליטית וכן יכולת השתלבות בצוות
אנגלית ועברית - ברמה גבוהה
