Job description
The Marketing Analyst is responsible for detail analysis of pipeline on a weekly basis, reporting changes, updates, weekly reports with improvements and suggestions (Deliver on a weekly basis: Pipeline reports by EBU / ESU , Winpath weekly changes, pipeline movements & standard reports ) /
Represent LA IOT in the Analytics & Data Discipline with cross brand responsibilities.
Sustain and advocate data-driven initiatives and permanently seeks to improve results optimize processes. Ensures that Response Scoring Flowcharts are set up properly and monitors responses are flowing to LDRs. Understands the end-to-end (digital) marketing funnel including the underlying data and KPIs and provides advice to the campaign manager, digital strategist (including specific web metrics and KPIs).
Conceptually understands data sources and the relationship within them both in terms of business sense and in terms of database cross referencing in order to ensure correct analysis and correct operational flow of information to tools

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
From 3 to 5 years experience in:
· Analysis of pipeline on a weekly basis, reporting changes, updates, weekly reports with improvements and suggestions.
· Representing regional company's strategy.
· Advocating data-driven initiatives
· Improving results and optimizing processes.
· Executing end-to-end (digital) marketing funnel including the underlying data and KPIs, providing advice campaign managers, digital strategist (including specific web metrics and KPIs).
· Experience in Marketing Analyst role or similar
