Job description
Candidates for this role will drive business development, and sales of new business opportunities for Banking clients primarily in the Suisse Romande area. They should have strong industry expertise in Private Banking / Wealth Management and should be experienced in driving large-scale complex Business / IT Transformations. Candidates would need a strong network in the Private Banking sector and ideally have excelled in a similar role at another leading Consulting firm in the market
The candidate should be an experienced leader in developing trusted C-level relationships with clients and have a strong understanding of modern technologies including AI, Cognitive, IOT, Blockchain, Agile Delivery, Cloud, and DevOps.
Role Definition:
· Manage and develop trusted C-level relationships (Business and IT)
· Identify, validate and shape new consulting opportunities based on an existing network
· Work with technical experts to solution price client proposals
· Negotiate and close opportunities
· Lead/support account management activities
· Demonstrate industry eminence – speak at Industry events / conferences; write whitepapers
· Participate and support in delivery activities to maintain account and client continuity
· Be accountable for total customer satisfaction (Net Promoter Score), market share, profit and revenue
