Job description

The Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) project is a large-scale, internal, complex initiative which integrates financial, marketing, offering and sales data into a simple, visual user interface, leveraging machine learning for new insights into the users' business. EPM is used across the company from our CEO and CFO to financial analysts and operations managers.

As an EPM Production DevOps Support developer you will be responsible for full stack Cognos development and support of our end users.

It requires a deep understanding of the EPM technologies, strong collaboration, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

·  As a full stack Cognos developer, you will be responsible for production support for the end to end Cognos solution
·  Understands end to end use cases and ensures a top experience for all end users

·  Please note that this is an internal only position and limits candidates to current IBMers in the same country and legal entity as the position

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  At least 10 years experience in data management, integration and analytics, using Cognos Analytics
·  Full stack developer
·  Minimum 5 years experience in working with clients on development and support of data management applications, including critical situation management and resolution
·  Minimum 5 years experience in supporting public cloud applications
·  Proven experience designing, developing, testing and supporting solutions for complex enterprise problems
·  Strong ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong leadership and relationship building skills; and ability to gain consensus with key stakeholders.
·  Hands on experience implementing enterprise data applications
